Finally shot my ATR .308 that I purchased over a year ago from another INGO' er. Great guy, good price. It took me this long to get a scope. I almost sold it a time or two because it was sitting around. My son (who is fine, U.S Army shooter) and i sighted it in this week. Man, I haven't had this much fun in a long time. Cheap scope, but when the $$ are available there will be a scope upgrade. The scope issue was always complicated to me, so it is learning experience. I have a new found appreciation for long distance shooters. Can't wait for my grandson to get big enough to enjoy this.

So how did the gun shoot? Sounds like you had a great time, especially with your son. How is the trigger on the ATR? I've never handled an ATR.
