    Stephen Moore, at the WSJ points out a serious problem. More people are working for the .gov than all other industries. Combined. (Indiana and Wisconsin are notable state exceptions). The tax feeders outnumber the productive class and that is unsustainable in the long run. Especially, since they have lucrative pension and retirement plans that have to be funded by the productive classes. Too bad the gop and dems will never actually do anything about it, tho. They're in love with bigger government and more spending. So are their supporters.

    Yeah, it's nuts. I worked in the public sector for about 5 years, and ran as fast as I could when I found a comparable private sector job. The public sector has a culture that only makes sense from the inside.
