    Hello all,

I have recently gotten into reloading and have picked up some range brass with various headstamps. I have several that match the dimension of 9mm, but do not have any mention on the caliber on the headstanp. Instead it looks like it may be a military headstanp. I am assuming these are safe to reload and shoot, but just wanted to post here and make sure. Also, it does not look like they have the military crimp on the primer.

    Headstamps read:

WCC, 12 (some are 11), symbol of a + inside of an O.

I know the WCC is the manufacturer and I am guessing the number indicates the year manufactuered, but have no idea what the symbol means.

Am I correct in assuming these are safe to reload? Can anyone help me decipher the headstamp? Thanks!

WCC is the military division of Winchester and the circled cross is the NATO symbol, the "11" & "12" are for date of manufacture ie 2011 & 2012..... its good reloadable brass.
