I didn't see this after a quick search: Meade County police report suspicious road barricades

In one instance, on Highway 933 near Long Branch Road, a vehicle stopped at a barricade. When the driver got out to remove it, he was approached by three or four people who ran when the driver pulled a gun.

Heard reports that some local ratbags have been doing the same thing with road barricades in South Chicago. When the driver stops for the barricade (or to turn around) 3 - 4 thugs run up on the car and rob the driver.

Keep that up, and there's going to be a growing pile of dead thugs. Maybe not Chicago quite so much, but definitely in States where a substantial number of citizens carry.
