Just when you think you`ve already heard the most ridiculous thing you`d ever hear. It is the responsibility of any government to have strong borders, to enforce borders, and control entry and migration into a nation. The United States cannot accept everyone in the world who wants to be here. And, it MUST become the norm that those who do come here assimilate into OUR culture. Too much of the area I live in looks like the same 3rd world s***holes these people fled from. If you want to live that that, stay where you`re at, because we don`t want it here.

Contrary to what many think, (even many here), I believe the "United States" Constitution applies ONLY to U.S. CITIZENS. Period. Therefore, the "equal protection clause" does NOT apply to, and offers NO protection to non-United States citizens, and certainly not to those who are here illegally. Going further with this idiot`s reasoning, putting someone in prison for a crime is "unconstitutional" if they are in a demographic that appears to be overly represented in the general prison population. Utter nonsense, and I would suggest that this judge be asked to submit to an evaluation to test her grasp on reality. Perhaps she can get a discount on her testing if she and drunk ol` uncle joe get tested together...I would suggest though no testing is necessary, she clearly isn`t lucid.

Well, actually, no, it isn`t "fine". This unconstitutional hogwash HAS to stop. We have the RIGHT as a sovereign nation to defend our borders and control who comes in. The more we have people come in and refuse to assimilate, the more we lose our sovereignty.
