The attached link is about mass migration in the UK:

The really cutting part is how UK has apparently gotten to the point where their beloved National Health Service cannot maintain its promised service level without the aid of low-paid foreign doctors.
Whether it's an NHS or just a service-consumption economy in general, it well describes where I think the US is headed if we don't pull our heads out our bums.
This could have been written about every GOP primary this century: "...bewitched by the Blairite playbook, the Conservatives convinced themselves that their great task was not to reform a broken system but simply to manage it with a vague air of competence that they could continue to dominate the centre ground..."
