For sale is a Marlin 795 that is all setup for Appleseed/Revere's Riders. This includes the rifle, Simmons 22mag 3x9 scope, cotton web sling, Uncle Mike's sling swivels, and 2 magazines. The butt has also has foam and athletic wrap added for appropriate cheek weld/eye-scope height. It can be easily adjusted or removed as needed, but it has worked great, stayed put well, and is comfy on the cheek during use. I think it has been used for 2 shoots, so round count is probably somewhere in the 500 range, and still in good condition.
We bought this to go with our Ruger 10/22 for my son and I to use for shoots. We really don't need both any more. We will keep the Ruger, but for the RR shoots I actually thought the Marlin worked a little better. Its magazines are easier to swap quickly while shooting, controls don't require as much practice to manipulate quickly, and I could strip it down and clean it alot faster.
Price is $150 cash, will need to see IN DL. I live in Westfield, work on the northside of Indy, would be willing to drive a reasonable distance to make it work.
