Selling this for my cousin so I'll try to answer all questions to the best of my ability, may have to refer to him for some answers.
It is an 1894 Marlin in 44 Mag/ 44 Special, Weaver rings and one piece base, comes with a Bone Collector sling, Barska 3-9x40.
The bluing is in really good shape, the wood is pretty good, has a little bit of woods rash on it but nothing serious, I took a picture of it but didn't come out the best.
He's asking $500 as is or trade for a CZ .22LR/.17 HMR switch barrel....or willing to trade for CZ .17 HMR 452...varmint or sporter barrel doesn't matter with a little cash on your end.
I would buy it from him but am fresh out of gun money.
