    There is a well known guy in my predator hunting community that lives in CA but comes to AZ to trap bobcats every year. He made around 50k for four months of work just trapping, skinning and selling at the Fallen, Nevada show every February. Also, I know several guys that thoroughly enjoy back straps from a bobcat. So some do get eaten as well. Top bobcat fur at the Nevada show this year went for $1100 and the average hide fetched $443. See the break down below.
