M91-30's at Dunhams?

Saw these on sale at dunhams the other day for $89.99 Not sure if this was a stellar deal but thought it was kind of cool so I picked one up. Seems to be in pretty good shape, bore is pretty clean and the action isnt sloppy. The stock is in great shape also!

Curious if anyone has good ideas on where to get some surplus ammo for this? It's 7.62x54R.

18 cents a round plus shipping

I picked up 880 rounds for mine. Just make sure you thoroughly clean your rifle after shooting as surplus military ammo is corrosive.

Deal or not you cant go wrong buying a nugget. I'm with T-Mann on this one, AIM is cheap. 880rnd crate for <170$ shipped. don't buy 54R at dunhams. I think they were selling it in my area for 8$ for 15rnd which worked out to like 230-250$ for 440rnds

Yeah, it was pretty covered but it didn't take to long. A friend had a breakdown of everything so it went pretty smooth!

Which Dunhams did you get that at, Bigshives?

Its stamped "1942" and I think its made by Tula (or so I've been told) based on the symbol it has stamped on it. It's a star with an arrow thru it. Not really up to speed on this gun so I need to do some reading.

I picked this up at the Anderson Dunham's!

MN are the best possible bolt action rifle you can buy for around $100. Really incredible deals. I HAD four but recently had to reduce to just two.
