They are really getting going in IN. Bigger out west but the southern part of IN is a little further ahead of the north half. Each group is pretty much independent in the way they run the group, but all have the same obective. Just at diff stages of prep.
This may be what you are looking for may not.
I recently just started looking at them and talking with my local group.

I second the Oath Keepers. Our group down here in Region 8 has been up and going for 6 months now doing training each month. Our next meeting is March 15th and we are hosting a trauma class. If anyone is interested feel free to contact me via PM, I am the Warrick county coordinator and have been doing a lot of the planning for region 8. Region 3 is getting ready to take off as well with the addition of a new coordinator. Below is a map of the regions in IN.
