They got 16 lbs for me the last time I needed Varget. Only took a couple days.

I got a keg on backorder at one place and 4 lbs on back order at another, It seems that anything that can be used for .223 reloading is all sold out. I hope this panic and supply problem does not last too long.

I know its not north but was at mcgaliard guns last weekend and they had 1lb jugs for $23.

If you can't find Varget and don't mind trying something else, give 8208XBR a shot.

Its giving me better speed *and* accuracy in my 223AI with 80gr bullets and AR with 77gr bullets.

I have noticed the 8208XBR powder in the spec sheets. It looks like it would do a fine job. Trying a lb of that is on my short list of things to do. In today's market, it is not too pricey either.

Varget is in terribly short supply because it is imported from Australia. Until it starts clearing Customs the best advice is to find a substitute.
