Looking for a Gunsmith near Fort Wayne

Like the title says, in the Fort wayne area, but will drive a bit to see the right guy.
I have a S&W 19-3 that malfunctions in double action(locks up, won't fire)
also have a Colt Army 38 that needs to be re-barrelled(I can provide the barrel)
Looking for a real smith, not a butcher
