What kind of reply are you trying to post to a new member? If you are talking about their "welcome" thread, there is a reason.

INGO, as a rule, requires you to have fifty "quality" posts in order to participate in the classifieds as well as a few other threads. The reason the other threads are included hinges on the word "quality".

They are looking for more than "Welcome aboard" or something of the like in these first 50 posts. After that, you are free to do whatever you please.

This rule was started, to the best of my knowledge, because we are a gun forum that happens to have a classified section. Not the other way around. We have had many people come in here and attempt to abuse the classified section or make a mad dash for 50 posts with very thought provoking posts such as, "hmmm". This will not cut it.
