S&W M&P. Great platform. Only con I have seen is that some folks are having feed issues and optics flying off. I have experienced neither.

I do like the 1911 feel. jamming is sometime a problem. I have a rock island in 45ACP. it's little finicky, but for a lower price gun not bad.

Me: buy a Glock 20 and nothing else.

INGO: 1911’s are amazing except for jamming issues.

INGO: the M&P’s are incredible but the sights fly off and have feeding issues.

I have a Glock 40, recoil is almost non-existent due to its size. However, that is a drawback as its a large pistol.

Enjoy shooting it even with heavier loads, and with a good holster it isnt too bad to carry owb.

I have currently or have had a G20, Kimber, Springfield TRP 6", Dan Wesson, Colt DE, Sig P220, M&P. The best shooter in the group was the Sig.

I've got a Rock Island Armory 1911 ultra fs hc in 10mm absolutely love it.Ive run about 900 rounds of federal ammo thru it.Been flawless so far.

S&W 1006, many say that this is the strongest 10mm platform out there.

Colt, Delta Elite, it's been highly modified but it is a terrific 10mm platform also.

Ruger, Match Champion 10mm. I'm a S&W fan, I love their handguns BUT!!! This GP-100 has made a very deep, positive impression on me. It is as fine a handgun as I have ever owned, and I don't have to chase the brass.

There are a lot of fine 10mm handguns out there but these are mine.

Oh, and I have a 10mm carbine also.

Springfield TRP custom. It's a beast and as long as a person doesn't limp wrist it it runs without a issue

Wouldn't own one of those polymer highpoint wanabe glock 10mms if you paid me and gave me the gun.

Love my Colt Delta Elite 10mm is SS.
Like my RIA 1911 10mm (only had it a short while)
No Jams of Any kind on Either Semi-auto.
Enjoy my Smith & Wesson Model 610-wheel gun, as it saves me from Losing 10mm Brass at the Indoor Range!
Totally agree with BR on "Rolling your Own" 10mm loads.
All these are the reasons I never got into "Lil Brother" 40 S&W.

I own this Ruger SR 1911 in 10mm.
Never had a problem. Its been thru a Ton of my Norma like reloads and showing no signs of wear. I paid $799 about 5 years ago. I don't see them available much any more. If you can find one I would recommend it.
BTW it's one of the more accurate pistols I own

A shop near my has a EAA Witness in 10mm for $225.00. the gun look to be in good shape, no frame cracks. maybe a good gun to see what I think of 10mm. only use for paper.
