C'mon, they're a POOPLOAD of fun. In my limited experience, they cycle reliably, are reasonably accurate, and shoot pretty smoothly. For the price point, I find 'em tough to beat.

People say they are junk but I shot a .45 handgun and it shot really nice.

That's because it weighs more than an M1A. Having fired a HiPoint once, I will agree that it is easy on the shooter, but I just can't abide the idea of having frying pans which are made better than the gun I shoot, therefore you will not see one in my possession unless someone gives it to me and I haven't had time to find it a new home (like turning it in at a buyback for more than retail).

Yes, but you are forgetting that in the event of an untimely malfunction, you can simply throw one of those anvils at an attacker!

I have a hp 45 jhp and love it.....its big, heavy and ugly as hell....but it eats anything
I put in it. It also very accurate.
