I believe this will fit a '95 Jeep Wrangler, though I have no way of testing it, and my internet research isn't helping. My father bought a '95 Jeep Wrangler Grand Rio that came with this light bar, but we never mounted it. Long story short, my dad totaled the Jeep and now we have this light bar that is of no use to us. It does look like it had been mounted at some point by the past owner though, so this is what leads me to believe it fits the '95 model Wranglers. There is some small surface rust in a few crevices (shown in pictures).

It measures roughly:
31.5 inches tall with the lights.
58 inches wide at the base.
56 inches wide at the top.
Holes for the mounting screws are about 1.5 inches apart from the center of the holes.
