What are you talking about? Bans are progressive. The same infraction by a first-timer may result in a warning or shorter temp ban than a repeat offender. There are exceptions for offenses that are considered bad enough to result in immediate termination, such as overt racism. I don't know that one mod does have more say than another, but if they do, that is something they and Fenway work out.

Unfortunately, that's not what it was about for 88GT. It wouldn't matter what she said or which side she took. "Negativity" would have been the default decry.

Also, it depends on the infraction.
