This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath split level home located North-East Indianapolis. A dead end street makes for quiet neighborhood and the street ends at the edge of a nature preserve. This house is in good condition but needs cosmetics and upgrades (I have been told about $10K to renovate but this was a retail amount. To do it yourself would probably be cheaper). Would make a great rental house or a fix-up and resale. Homes in this area rent for $600 to $700/mo. I do need a minimum of $30,000 but will work with the buyer on closing costs etc. This house is currently vacant so possession would be at closing. Please email me with questions or to see it.
edited to add: Approx 1800 sf with family room and bonus/shop room. (would make great reloading room) Large lot size (as compared to todays lots). This was my personal home for 22 years.
