Then there's the Break Room subdivision... just countless people speaking to each other in two or three word sentences, patting each other on the back all the time to commend each other on their reputations...

We could craft a City Ordinance that won't be enforced, that Guy could litigate as the primary plaintiffs-law attorney in town. I guess Hough would have to resign as judge to defend the suit.
