As you can read in my lengthy title, I'm writing a paper of the whole so called "controversial" proposition that was introduced here at Purdue to allow students who live off campus to be able to conceal carry on campus. I am in dire need of what is called "scholarly" sources and saw another person is doing something similar to me, but just looking for info to support this individual thought.:):

Just look at ANY shooting, from Luby's in Tx., to ANY school, including Va Tech, if ONE person had ONE gun, how many lives COULD have been saved ?????

Don't use the word "controversial" in this context. See Bernard Goldberg in "Bias". It's a buzz word (liberal) people use to mark ideas they consider to be dangerous or wacky. Use "controversial" to tag the people who oppose constitutional carry on campus. IMHO
