Either I'm blind or there is going to be no drawing for the pheasant habitat areas in the west central/north west areas of the state this year.
I saw nothing in the 2023/2024 regulations book or on the DNR website except for the Indiana Private Lands Access Program drawings which are a different program.
Have I missed a press release from the DNR or does someone have some info they are willing to share? I know the odds are always long on the pheasant habitat areas drawings, but I've had a better than average success rate over the years and have participated in some memorable hunts in the past, and don't want to miss an opportunity.
