Are you able to disclose any other details? Was he on duty or headed to work or off duty and that is just his occupation? I understand if you can't elaborate any further at this time.

My thinking was, since they labeled him a "citizen" that he would most likely have been off duty and carrying legally via LTCH, my assumption could be completely wrong though.

At work. Apartment complexes out there hire security. Also a "she".
