Illinois ammo purchases

Heading over to my moms for Easter weekend and planning on stoping by the local WM's to look for ammo..Can an Indiana resident purchase ammo in Illinois?

Trust me...If it wasnt for my mom and sister in the Peoples Republic of Illinois I wouldnt go back......

I have family there also and I have purchased at Wally World just have to show Your indiana drivers License

I was just in the Danville Il walmart the other day and they had 24 boxes of 9mm blazer. I bought 10 boxes and a box of 22 with no problem.

Hmmmmmm my brother lives in the commie state sounds like ai may have to look at getting some ammo there, seems to still be plentiful.

Ammo should be plentiful around Chicago since honest citizens aren't allowed to have firearms in that safe haven for criminals.

I stopped in Champaign at the WM and there was nothing on the shelves.......

I moved from Illinois about 5 years ago. I lived in Cook County and had a C&R license. I could buy guns and have them delivered right to my door. When I tried to buy a pellet gun they wouldn't send it to Cook County. C&R or not.
Too much of the Daley control there.

Ammo that can be loaded into a hand gun, can not be legaly sold in Cook Co IL.

I feel the same way. I grew up in Lombard. Parents and sister still live near Plainfield. I have no idea how they stay in that poop hole.
