Mine was CZ firearms.
Honestly, I'm not sure you can go wrong with any of those three. My personal situation has pushed most of my purchasing towards Sig just due to comfort through familiarity, but I'd feel just as well-equipped with a Beretta or CZ in the holster, or even a Glock for that matter.

They released a new tomcat, but nothing in 22
Beretta has now no in house 22 offerings.. only the Umarex 92FSR and the Umarex made 92 conversion kit
