So, like so many others, I've started the 10/22 build project. I'm looking for a ruger receiver/action essentially, but will take the whole thing if need be. I don't care what the stock condition is, nor the barrel type. I do however want a gun thats solid functionally and has a black receiver. I'm not expeciting it to be free, but I know what prices should be. I'm just giving someone the option of letting one go that they don't shoot, vs buying one in the store within the next week or so.
The other thing I'd like I a mil dot scope adjustable up to 14-16ish, 40mm is preferred. The optics don't make or break any deal on the gun, just more options I'm also looking for. Thanks in advance
