farmerjon said it best ,If you are in ft. wayne area gustins east of ft.wayne very good .They can hook you up with local raised stuff.3rd generation butchers.just had one done in march .Also if you are north I Q meats in rural Dekalb county (south of butler east of auburn)very good people new to the butcher game but very good people ,they have children in my sons 4-H club .known them for years .They buy only local raised beef.I have used both over the last 24 years never a problem .good luck.
