    He should probably be in jail, maybe dad and Trump belong there too-who knows. I don't care about these people. I recall the phrase "Drain the Swamp". I do know I am getting tired of things like this sitting until the next election cycle. I do not like the idea that someone who should answer for their actions being free for a few years until the timing is right to help in the next election. If someone should be charged with a crime-do it as soon as possible. Waiting just adds to the feeling of mistrust and corruption in all aspects of the system.

    It's about committing perjury on the ATF 4473. The "5th Amendment" defense regarding self-incrimination doesn't hold up as that prohibits coercing or compelling self-incrimination. Nobody is required or forced to purchase a firearm against their will, and therefore isn't being required or forced to fill out an ATF 4473. It's voluntary . . . unlike IRS Form 1040 (Tax Return) which is required by law for anyone with reportable income. It will be interesting to see how it spills out on appeal if he's convicted.
