This is true. Look what Bush did during his last 4 years. We got the PATRIOT Act, executive orders about wiretapping, etc.

Oh wait. That all happened during his first go round. Then Obama, who spoke out against those things, left it intact. Romney has already said that those things are all super cool too.

The only way these two guys are different is if you consider all the things that have little to nothing to do with the actual powers of the Executive Branch.

Where's your proof of that? What's his record on appointees while he was governor? Has any gop president ever appointed a bad justice?
