My dad turned in his forms for the sherriff to sign today. Now he needs his prints done. He has the card for his prints to get rolled onto to, but now that IN does electronic prints everywhere how do the prints get to the ATF? Do the e-prints get printed out to get sent in, or can the printing places send them directly to the ATF? What is the procedure now?

ETA: Where in Lake County can one get ink prints done?

Typically you will need to explain to them EXACTLY what you need, even then they may play like they don't know what you're talking about. Stick to it they will cave and do them.
