I am curious, how does an ambassador who usually isn't "in the know," get attacked in such a way? And who does McCain, who missed the briefing on the attack, have enoungh intel to know the ambassador's role in the affair that it disqualifies her as Secretary? Seems he, at least, may be jumping the gun... or is still butthurt about his presidential bid.

And when in the past has the U.N ambassador adressed anyone but the U.N ?

He will stack the deck for the few he chooses to favor, but his vision ends like a third-world s**thole with a few extremely wealthy, near universal poverty, and a few making a passable living through being the 'king's men'. If you are rich and in political favor, you will do well. If you are a soldier or cop with no loyalities beyond your paycheck, you will do comparatively well (middle class, if you will). If you are not part of the new/surviving upper class or their immediate hired muscle, you will be SOL.

I find it highly surprising that any American not living in a cave would fail to notice that rule of law appears to be a completely alien concept in Chicago and has for generations. The only difference between Obama and the Daleys is that the Daleys were happy to stay put in their little empire where Obama had higher aspirations, specifically to take the Chicago way national and then global, and appears to be succeeding in that goal. Unless you are a closet communist, I would think that you would consider this pattern contrary to your personal goals for the nation.

Just to be sure I am adequately clear, I do not limit my disdain for hoodlums to those examples who walk about with their pants around their ankles with boxer shorts substituting the role of their pants. Again, position in society does not change a person's criminal nature, whether they are in the most dangerous and disenfranchised slums or are in the ivory tower. Again, criminals come in one color--orange.

Even those that oppose the Chicago "regime," I haven't seen the use of hoodlums while referencing them. They may be statists, tyrants, socialists, or even enemies of freedom, but nary have I seen the word
"hoodlum" to describe them.

Criminals are hoodlums, and if that's the logic behind calling Obama a "hoodlum" becaue you think his policies are criminal, then there have been a bunch of "hoodlums" that have sat in the oval office.... and yet they have escaped the "hoodlum" moniker.

So "what" makes Obama different that he is lumped into a category of violent criminals, wayward "urban" persons, gangster rappers, certain football players, and drug users/dealers, when so many others have avoided being called so?
