One of the reasons for the effectiveness of the protest movement is the decision to remain leaderless.
...
With strong leaders present, the authorities can arrest them, fatally weakening a movement. Given the deterioration of the rule of law in Hong Kong, the authorities could conceivably jail all of the movement’s linchpins with considerable ease. But with a leaderless movement, the authorities have no such power. So far, the Hong Kong Police Force has arrested hundreds of protesters while the movement has not lost any momentum because the contribution of no single individual is vital.
Sounds like arrests are intensifying, in numbers, randomness, and enthusiasm.
Oh, and police fired a warning shot to disperse the crowds. That should be popular on INGO.
[Was it from a shotgun and up into the air? That should be popular with the Biden campaign]
There's also an updated variation of Tiananmen Tank Guy - there's a pic of a protester facing down a revolver.
That takes some intenstinal fortitude.
......Oh, and police fired a warning shot to disperse the crowds. That should be popular on INGO.
That's a win... for now.
Will be interesting to see how much further the protesters will want to push their new veto power.
No matter what they do the codified law that the commies will stick to ends their independence in the near future. Time to end our support of the commies for taking over the whole planet...end trade with the ChiComs now. All trade.
