Forget that. I have the front door sighted in with one of these, parked behind some sandbags in the living room

Just dive right in and start cranking..

Well thats what I want anyway, I think it would be an awesome conversation piece for the living room. Others disagree.

Wouldn't actually be the worst idea. It weighs a ton, so no one going to run off with it... and without a mag in it, its safe for random people to crank. When you need to go live slap that glock mag in and start cranking.

And if you had to actually use it in a self defense home invasion. The poor COPs have to make all that effort to haul the 100 pound thing away to the property room.

Plus, this big thing, the property room would be motivated to get back to you. Because it takes up a lot of space.

They were all stacked up on each other.

There are situations where "over penetration" is an advantage.
All piled up in a kill zone... Once a body or two drop the others have to scramble over them to escape- Catastrophe for the bad guys. Good setup, bad follow through.

That would have been a perfect situation for an SBR AR-15 or braced AR-15 with a suppressor. My choice would have been 75gr Speer Gold Dot 5.56 being as I do not own a shotgun.
I can see how a reliable semi-auto shotgun loaded with 00 buck would turn that hallway into a meat grinder.
Making me more interested in that new Beretta 300 patrol shotgun.
