WTB: Home in Goshen area

Looking for a place to live in Elkhart County. If you know of any properties that are available, or will be becoming available, please let me know. If it's already listed on Zillow etc., I've probably seen it.

Ideally: west or south of Goshen, some trees, some acres, house off the road. These ideals are all flexible and I would be interested in knowing about properties that don't match these criteria.

Coming down to the wire here. If anyone knows of a property in the in the Goshen-Wakarusa-Nappanee-New Paris area, let me know. Budget is 500k or so; not afraid of something that needs a bit of work. We are looking forward to moving to the area.
