Holster size/help

I have a Taurus 24/7 9mm 4in barrel. I am looking for a holster, prefer in waistband, for a left hander. Would like to keep price under $40(but it's only money, right?). The holster must be able to accept a flashlight mounted to the rail. Flaslight extends about 1-1.5 in past barrel.
