    5 out of 9 black robed tyrants just incorporated the 2a under the 14th... as if the 2a didn't mean anything until nearly a century later when the 14th was ratified. Brilliant.

    They also ruled "reasonable restrictions" are ok... again as if "shall not be infringed" included the word "reasonable". A win, but at what cost?

    Proof positive the judicial system (and our government) is a pathetic joke. How anyone could read the Second Amendment (let alone the 10th) and come up with any decision other than an absolute Right is beyond me. The Republic... is over.
