Can't see your pic either, OP, but based on your description, is it this?

If so, it's a Czech Model 24. The same gun with a folding stock would be the Model 26.

"SHE" is the arsenal code for the Czech arms plant at Povaska Bystrica

    Right here.
So found this on a shots fired run. House shot up, crack and weed in house but no one home. Yes it's fully automatic. Fires from bolt open. Has been rewelded. Marked SHE 1952. Fires tokarev. Magazine comes out bottom of the grip. Looks like aSterling but its not. Please help!

GOOD GRIEF IMPD31323...I do not envy your job! You get a shots fired run and that thing turns up in the house? I'm not naïve and I know that kind of stuff is out there in the wrong hands, but you're just not paid enough to face that kind of stuff.

...but do you get to keep it? :)

Aside from it being in criminal hands, pretty cool rifle. Classy tube gun with a wooden stock! Looks like some of the sten variants kinda.

Ran across a few of those in Bosnia. Along with Stens, Thompson's and my favorite, the one I held on to for six months, a fully functional MG-42. She was a beauty!

All of the CZ vz.82s which I've seen (including the one I own) are stamped "SHE" indicating that they were made in Uhersky Brod, Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic). It precedes the year of manufacture. I don't think it has anything to do with Považská Bystrica (now Slovakia).
