Since you asked so politely, my SSN is [REDACTED], my mother's maiden name is [REDACTED], my first pet was [REDACTED], and I grew up on [REDACTED] Road.

(I saw the joke in other greeting posts.)
Some of these guys on here can be real stinkers...

    You're in the right place.
Please tell us what you are considering purchasing.
Some on here can't wait to tell you why you're wrong.

    Welcome to Ingo from Lafayette

    Hello n Welcome

Glad to see someone with the ability to at least read a bit before jumping in and get all butt hurt because they don’t get the temp of the room.

Oh ya, what ever you’re gonna buy is the wrong thing. :lmfao:

I know that for every fan/supporter of gun/manufacturer X, there are just as many people who will say that X is objectively (read: subjectively) bad and Y is better. And someone always knows a guy whose cousin's dog went to the range and got their paw pinched by gun X's slide and from thereon swore off gun X because they don't make safe guns. In the end, I'm sure all the well-known names are perfectly fine and reliable.

I was probably going to make a separate post about my choice (Smith and Wesson M&P in 9mm), but I'm pretty set on getting that gun. I might make the post anyways just to hear some thoughts or suggestions for when I do get it.
