Hello INGO!
I'm new to Indiana Gun Owners, just created my account this week. I've loved shooting handguns since I was old enough to hold them with my father and still do now. Within the last month a good friend took me out to a local range and let me shoot three of his toys( Colt AR15, Springfield M1A and Remington 700 SPS Tactical) and I had such a great time that now I'm looking to purchase my first long rifle. Although we didn't shoot anything longer then 100 yards, I was fortunate enough to get to watch a gentleman from the Marion Police Department shoot on the 1000 yard range. Let's just say that I'm hooked. I doubt that I'll ever be able to hit a target at that distance, but I sure would like to try.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading the post from those of you with vastly more experience that I have and learning as much as possible.
