Ok, so I know this is a month early, but I found a deal I couldn't pass up.
Lars said he realllllllly wanted a new grill for Father's Day.
So I got him this for $2.49 at Meijer:
He thought that was really cool until the next day when we went shopping.
I told him if we were going to get big stuff, he was going to have to empty the trunk out.
He said, ok, we won't get big stuff.
I told him he really should empty the trunk out.
Why don't men ever get the hint and just do what they're told?
I mean it's really simple.
So he figured out that his REAL gift was in the trunk.
He actually asked if he should try to get it out with his eyes closed.
Really? Come on.
So finally he opened the trunk of my car.
Suddenly his new grill wasn't so cool.
He liked this one better.
Have I mentioned how much of a geek he is?
Note which grill I get to cook on. /sigh
