    This legislation has gotten re-introduced by Bill Posey with 41 co-sponsors (none from Indiana yet) and referred to committee on 2/15 of this year.

    For those not in the know, the bill looks to exempt cigar shops from FDA rules regarding tobacco sales, requiring everything to be hidden behind the counter and, effectively, eliminating walk-in and cabinet humidors. This was re-introduced from the previous HR 1639.
