Those rifles have a dovetailed front sight. All you need is a padded vice, hammer, and a brass punch. You may need a file to adjust the tension on the new sight a bit. It's a simple job that you should be able to do yourself. Most people have all of the tools less the punch perhaps, but that can be had for just a few dollars. There will be plenty of videos online explaining how to do it.
Besides, to adjust windage you're going to want to drift the sight side-to-side with the same set of tools.
Someone will always be THAT guy.... you cant please them all. I am surprised he doesn't come on here and complain that he had to wait in line at the grocery store as well.
