Don't think so, Ranger. That's probably a laugh track. This was from Fox's Half Hour Comedy Hour, IIRC.

Besides, for those who believe it, just look at 'em and say, "Absolutely. Ban the guns. After all, it worked so well when they banned alcohol and when they banned drugs, right?"

Then give 'em a few minutes to work their way through that one.
