All - I'm struggling to understand the recent law changes around 80% polymer handgun blanks. I'm wanting to sell two blanks that I purchased before the law changes. These blanks came with the jigs attached. Now I see that companies can no longer sell the blank along with the jig, they have to be purchased separately. With all that said, is it legal for me to see these blanks as purchased (blank w/ jig), or would I have to sell the blank and the jig separately?

    Appreciate the help.

First, not a lawyer, not legal advice.

Based on what I have seen with things like braces, you can sell each piece, but they must be separate transactions. I would assume it would be the same for the lowers. One ad for the lower, one ad for the jig. That would mirror how retail is doing it.

But in the end its all Kabuki theater. Kinda ridiculous, but them's the rules.
