I don't think they changed their name they just use a different name for the actual range even though it's in the same building.

Apparently it split into two halves. Pop guns is the trick-and mortar store, as well as the online store based out of a warehouse a little ways away. Family indoor shooting range is the range, owned by pops kids? Or something like that.

Why did Pop Guns change their name?

They changed their name a while ago because they got into trouble and lost their FFL, so the owners wife reapplyed for an FFL from the same location so they could stay in business. The new name was a part of the new license.
