We're going to a Christmas party this weekend with some friends. Nothing fancy, just more of an excuse to get together, have few cold beers, and take a few hours off from the kids.

Part of the fun will be a gag gift exchange. I absolutely suck at coming up with ideas. So, open to here your ideas and suggestions.

Remember, goal is to have fun, keep it clean, and not spend more than about $20 tops for two gifts.

    Urn

A few years back a buddy of mine bought a funeral urn at an antique store. He took the old ashes out of his grill and put them inside and then gave it to his brother in law as a gag gift. (Without telling him the ashes were from a grill.)

This may be a little lame.....or a LOT lame.....Occasionally I wrap up used lottery tickets / scratch offs for friends. Good for a last second idea.

Someone gave me a fake scratch on top of a gift a couple years ago. I scratched it off and won $10,000 (not really). Yeah, they got my reaction on camera:rolleyes:

Fake Lotto tickets. It tells them there a winner and its the most evil prank on a gift, Go to there house (WITH PERMISSION from a wife.. Husband.. so on.) and take something that already belongs to them and wrap it (also buy them a real gift after they realize they unwrapped something they already own), Get a 6 pack of beer.. Drink all but one.. Fill it with similar colored liquid reseal the bottles the best you can. When you give it to him take out the remaining good beer and enjoy.

The best gag gift I got is I got a picture of myself hugging a doe deer I had hanging I had it in a headlock and a big stupid smile on my face and blew it up and put it on a Tshirt and gave it to a good friend with the Caption "My Buddy Wes" under the picture, And the funny thing is He wore it out to parties where people knew us
