Interesting that "Article the second" is actually the 27th Amendment. More interesting is the fact that this image came from an "educational" assignment where students were tasked to review the Bill of Rights and choose five that are no longer relevant to today's society, and replace them with five different ones.

I believe I shall be writing that teacher and registering my complaints.
