I was at Gander Mountain today and I saw that all their "In Stock" Glocks are $499. Now I was wondering if that is a good price or are they finally priced like they should be? As I was there for about 15 minutes I saw 4 different people buying one. Some people must think it is a good deal....

Hell, I saw a Taurus 1911 going for $800 in Gander a while back. They had used a used Kimber going for less!

    thru Apr 2

Of course, the Glock case at the Castleton store is quite a bit emptier than normal. That runs in spurts at that GM.

One day its full, the next wiped out, then full again.

I went to Castleton to check it out. Very few in stock. Called Greenwood and had no 21s, 37s, or 38s. Seems they don't have much in stock for the "sale". Just an ad to get u in the store. I'm gonna go see Bradis on Saturday.

$499 is a decent price. The cheapest I've ever bought a new Glock for was $459 and that was about 2 years ago at the Ft Wayne gun show.

That's not a bad price at all but, in all honesty, I would pick up a used one unless you were trying to find a Gen 4 and needed one NOW!

If there is anything wrong with your used one, Glock will fix it for free! Why spend the extra money?
