About to go try this out and see how it does. Glock 22 with Advantage Arms Target Kit and Tac 65.
I just found where Advantage Arms is selling threaded barrels now and mine showed up today. The barrel was perfect drop in in my kit. Hopefully its nice and quiet.
I put 30 rounds through it and runs good. I did not have any fail to eject or feed. I have never shot a suppressed pistol before and the conversion does have some blow back, but I believe the TAC 65 made it worse.
I thought it would have been a bit more quiet since the Golden Bullets ran about 950fps out of the standard barrel. It is surprisingly well balanced and light with the aluminum upper. For $137 I believe it was a good choice for me.
Another 10 rounds of Remington Golden bullet. I also tried 20 rounds of CCI Subsonic. I mixed this set up in groups of 5. The CCI did seem quieter, but not by much. Only one fail to fire this time.
