I'm thinking that the reference is to "there can be real solidarity here". I'm pretty sure that the disingenuous leftists would engage in the conversation but the only way it could end to their satisfaction is 100% their way. They are only arguing to reinforce their own beliefs and make a new convert to their life sucking cause.

When they talk they lie, their only peace is the peace of the grave. Socialism always ends in starvation and genocide. They may move to benefit their particular circumstance but they bring their disease with them.

Unless they have an epiphany and realize they were wrong in their slaver based policies where all humanity must work for their comfort or for their cause they are a lost cause (and it's better to not have them in your voting area). If you gain a convert...good on ya, but watch your back because climbing out of the pit of "free" stuff is an arduous trek that requires continuous reinforcement.

Self reliance is not the lefts strong suit.
